It is with much thought and prayer that I have decided in the favor of safety and health that our 98th Annual Session will for the second consecutive year be held virtually. We all are aware of the Delta Covid-19 upsurge in positive cases, hospitalizations, and deaths. I have no doubt that the strength of our Association under God’s mighty hand will withstand this plague until it passes.

Our Annual Session will be held via ZOOM same format as last year. There will be no “In Person” gathering. The Session will be held two nights:

Tuesday and Wednesday October 19th – 20th 6:30 PM – 8:15 PM Nightly

We will ensure all Association Auxiliary leadership are given time on the program. Elections and Association reports will be given. The completed program will be sent to you soon.

I am asking all Churches and Auxiliaries to please be registered prior to the session.

A REGISTRATION FORM for member churches and Association auxiliaries with fee amounts is attached to this letter. Please complete the form and submit annual registration fees as soon as possible so the report will be ready for the session. You may mail it to: CCMBA, P. O. Box 21284, Charleston, SC 29413 or drop it off in person at: The Royal Baptist Church Office M-F anytime between the hours of 10am-3pm. We appreciate and need your continued support and prayers.
